The Graduate Training Program in Sensory Science offers a unique training opportunity for graduate students at the University of Minnesota. Here are just a few benefit of being a part of the program:

  • Receive training focused on application of basic scientific research to pressing clinical issues

  • Apply for 1-2 years of competitive funding via NSF fellowship ($34,000 per year)

  • Meet graduate students and faculty from multiple departments at the U

  • Participate in regularly scheduled professional development sessions

  • Participate in science outreach and science communication events

If you are interested in becoming involved in the NRT program, email Erin O'Neill at [email protected]. Students with interests in clinical sensory science are welcome to attend events whether or not they hope to become funded NRT fellows.
